Abuses
Someone sent me spam via comments/private messages.
You can report the specific comment or message using the "Report" option next to it, and you can block the sender so they can't contact you again (see "How can I block a user" below). Repeated or automated spam should be reported through the Report Content form so our team can take action against the account.
I see my copyrighted content on StreamHub, how can it be removed?
Copyright claims are handled separately from general content removal requests. Please submit a notice through our DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy, which explains what information is required and how the process works.
I see a video with me uploaded on StreamHub, how can it be removed?
If you appear in content that was posted without your consent, or you've withdrawn consent since it was posted, submit a request through our Content Removal page. We may ask you to verify your identity or your connection to the content before we act on the request, and these requests are reviewed on a priority basis.
I see illegal content on StreamHub, how can it be removed?
Please report it immediately through our Report Content form, selecting the category that best matches what you saw (for example, content involving a minor is routed for immediate review). Do not describe the content in detail beyond what the form asks for — flagging the URL and category is enough for our moderation team to investigate.
Basic Questions
Does StreamHub have an app and how do I install it?
StreamHub is accessible through any modern mobile or desktop browser, and the site is optimized to work well on phones and tablets without a separate app install. Check the About page for the current status of any native app offerings.
How can I check comments and what does the Comment counter on my Profile page indicate?
Comments you've posted and comments left on your content can be viewed from your profile dashboard. The counter next to "Comments" on your profile reflects the total number of comments you've made across the site.
How can I recover my password?
Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen and enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive a link to reset your password; if you no longer have access to that email, contact support for further verification steps.
I have an exciting idea for StreamHub.com, how can I share it with you?
We welcome feedback and suggestions. You can reach out through the Contact link in the footer, and our team reviews submissions for potential product improvements.
Is StreamHub FREE?
Core browsing and viewing features are free to use. Some optional features (such as premium accounts, ad-free viewing, or creator subscriptions, where offered) may involve a fee — these are always clearly labeled before you're asked to pay anything.
What are Favorites?
Favorites let you bookmark videos or photos so you can find them again quickly from your profile, without having to search for them each time.
What does it mean when a user's icon says "retired"?
A "retired" label means the account holder has marked themselves as no longer active on the platform. Their existing content and profile may still be visible, depending on their settings, but they are no longer posting new content.
How is comment rank calculated?
Comment rank is generally based on a combination of how many comments you've posted and how the community has responded to them (for example, upvotes). Ranks are meant to reflect consistent, positive participation rather than volume alone.
Can I download videos?
Download availability depends on the individual uploader's settings and any applicable licensing — not all content is downloadable. Where a download option exists, you'll see a download button on the video's page.
A video from my favorites has been deleted. Why?
This usually means the uploader removed it, or it was taken down following a copyright claim, a content-removal request, or a violation of our content policies.
How can I block a user from sending me messages and commenting?
Visit the user's profile and select "Block" (usually found in the profile's options menu). Once blocked, that user won't be able to message you, comment on your content, or otherwise interact with your account.
How can I unblock a user?
Go to your account's privacy or blocked-users settings, find the user in your blocked list, and select "Unblock."
What is the maximum number of friends allowed?
Friend limits, if any, are shown in your account settings under the Community or Friends section, since these limits can vary by account type.
How can I deactivate/delete my account?
You can deactivate or permanently delete your account from your account settings page, under "Account" or "Privacy." Deactivating hides your profile temporarily and can typically be reversed by signing back in; deleting is permanent and removes your profile and associated data after any required retention period.
How to get featured on the StreamHub Creators page with a live stream?
Featured placement is generally based on factors like stream quality, audience engagement, and adherence to our content guidelines. Creators interested in being considered can check the Creator or Community section of the site for current program details and eligibility requirements.
Technical Questions
I can't leave comments to videos/photos/blogs/etc. What's wrong?
This can happen if you're not signed in, if the content owner has disabled comments, if your account has a temporary comment restriction (see "Spam sanctions" below), or if there's a temporary technical issue. Try signing out and back in, or check your account status page for any active restrictions.
Spam sanctions
Accounts that repeatedly post spam, unsolicited links, or low-quality automated comments may have their commenting privileges temporarily or permanently restricted. If you believe a sanction was applied in error, you can appeal through our Contact page.
How can I watch videos?
Browse or search for content from the homepage and select a video to open its player page. Some content may require you to be signed in or to confirm your age before playback begins.
How can I watch StreamHub on my mobile device?
StreamHub's site is mobile-responsive, so you can visit it directly from your phone or tablet's browser without installing anything extra.
The video keeps buffering while I'm watching. What's wrong?
Buffering is usually related to your internet connection speed or local network congestion. Try lowering the video quality/resolution setting in the player, closing other bandwidth-heavy applications, or switching to a more stable connection.
I can't log in. What's wrong?
Double-check your email and password, make sure Caps Lock isn't on, and confirm cookies are enabled (see below). If you've forgotten your password, use the password recovery link. If your account has been suspended, you'll usually see a message explaining why when you attempt to sign in.
How do I enable cookies?
Cookie settings are managed in your browser, not on StreamHub directly. Look in your browser's privacy or site-settings menu for an option like "Allow cookies" or "Block third-party cookies," and make sure this site isn't listed as blocked.
I have no sound. How can I fix it?
Check that the video player itself isn't muted (look for a speaker icon on the player), and confirm your device's system volume is turned up and not muted. If sound works elsewhere on your device but not on StreamHub, try refreshing the page or a different browser.
How can I add an image into the ABOUT ME section of my profile?
Go to your profile edit page, locate the "About Me" field, and use the image/upload option in that field's toolbar to insert a photo.
How can I delete a video from my favorites?
Open your Favorites list from your profile, find the video, and select the remove/unfavorite icon (often a filled heart or star that toggles off) next to it.
How can I delete a picture from my favorites?
The process is the same as removing a video: open your Favorites list, find the picture, and select the remove/unfavorite icon next to it.
How can I add avatars?
Go to your profile settings and select "Change avatar" or the avatar image itself, then upload a photo from your device. Check "What are the rules for my profile avatar" below for image requirements.
Uploads
What are the rules for my profile avatar and creator landing page?
Avatars and creator landing pages must follow the same content guidelines as any other upload — no content involving minors, no content posted without consent, and no material that violates our Terms of Service. Avatars are typically limited to a specific image size and file type; check the upload form for current specs.
How can I upload photos to StreamHub?
Sign in, select "Upload" from the main navigation, choose the photo upload option, and follow the prompts to add titles, tags, and category information before publishing.
I would like to prove that I am a real person, and get the community user stamp in my profile, but don't want to show my face.
Verification is meant to confirm you're a genuine, authorized account holder — it isn't the same as publishing a photo of yourself publicly. Check your account's verification settings for the specific options available; many platforms handle identity verification through a private review process rather than requiring a public-facing photo. If you have questions about what a specific verification step requires, contact support directly before proceeding.
